Materials Cost Variations:

The material prices are calculated based on survey of several roofing suppliers such as ABC, Harvey BP, Beacon, Allied and major home improvement stores such as Home Depot, Menards and Lowe’s.

Prices are of a “lifetime” (former 30 years) dimensional shingles, felt, drip-edge all around, ridge vent and caps, as well as ice and water shield along the eaves.
